Exchange & No Refund
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your order within 12 days, from the day of delivery. We have made the returns so easy for you!
- Click on Return/Exchange Request Link
- Fill the form with reasons, and submit.
- Wait for the confirmation mail from us.
- when you get confirmation mail from us, make ready the package in same condition which you got at the time of delivery, and wait for the courier to pick up the package.
- Customer will pay courier when he/she comes to pick the package.
Terms & Conditions
- Please notify us by mail (email@example.com) with reason within 24 hours of delivery, if you want to return the product.
- We (CARO COSA) follow a NO REFUND POLICY.
- All products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with packaging and invoice.
- Return courier charges will borne by the customer.
- All exchange requests will be processed once the shipment returns to us.
- It is advised that the return packets should be stongly and adequate packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
- The item sent for replacement must be recieved within 9 days of delivery to claim the replacement.
- Please note that we can not offer returns/exchanges on any sale, offer, promotion, opened or used products.
- Customer can only exchange the product, we can not refund it.
- In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
- If we receive your cancellation request before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount to you within 7-8 working days of receiving your request.
